| Duties

To lead, coordinate and oversee the processes for issuing opinions and reports on legal matters and on the supervision and control of financial and foreign exchange intermediaries, as well as on matters related to the interpretation or scope of the Law on Financial Institutions, the BCRA’s Charter, and other applicable provisions.
