To direct and supervise survey activities and process reviews along with the development, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and institutional web sites.
He holds a degree in Information Systems from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN). He completed a master’s degree in Computing at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). He has done extensive training on IT, including a graduate course in project management at Universidad de Belgrano (UB). He was also part of the founding group of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Argentina Chapter.
He has forged a long career at the BCRA holding different positions, mostly in the IT area, leading large-scale projects. He has been part of the IT group of the Center for Latin American Monetary Studies (CEMLA), producing various papers for that center, and the Central American Monetary Council (CMCA).
He has also rendered free-lance professional services and has given courses and lectures in Argentina and abroad.
