The Museum of the Central Bank of Argentina invites you to an exhibition called Production of Banknotes and Coinage. It will take place from April 21 to May 31, Mondays through Fridays, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at San Martín 216, City of Buenos Aires. Free admission.
It is held in remembrance of the Numismatics Day, which in Argentina is celebrated every April 13 in commemoration of the date on which the General Constituent Assembly of 1813 ordered that the first national coins be minted. Visitors will be able to become acquainted with the objects that were used for producing banknotes and minting coins in the 19th and 20th centuries.
